1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajj99 platform ("Site") and all services associated with it. By registering on bajj99.lat or using the site, you give your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this site.

bajj99 operates an online entertainment and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and are effective for users in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

bajj99 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal or after a deposit of a certain amount.

Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to provide verification information may result in account suspension.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

All payments on bajj99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
  • Deposit amounts are added to the account immediately — usually within a few minutes.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • The source of deposits must always be legitimate.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
  • bajj99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious or inconsistent activity.
There may be a slight delay in withdrawal due to the bank's or mobile banking provider's own processing time.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New account holders at bajj99 are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to a maximum of ৳10,000 on their first deposit. Examples of how the bonus works:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → bonus ৳10,000 (up to limit) → total balance ৳22,000

To cash out the bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met on the total of the bonus plus deposit amount.

General Promotion Terms

  • Each promotion has its own duration and conditions — see the relevant page for details.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
  • If there is evidence of misuse of bonus codes or offers, bajj99 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
  • bajj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.

6. Gaming Rules

Game Usage Terms

All games operated on bajj99 are powered by software from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology.

  • All game results are final and cannot be changed unless a technical error is proven.
  • If a game round remains incomplete due to a technical error, bajj99 may declare that bet void.
  • Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
  • bajj99 is not responsible for any internet connection disruption during gameplay.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Operating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
  • Collusion or match-fixing on the platform.
  • Unauthorized use of the bajj99 name or logo.
  • Harassing or threatening other users.
  • Playing using automated bots or automation software.
If any of the above activities are discovered, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be fully forfeited. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Circumstances for Account Closure

bajj99 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicious financial activity or fraud.
  • Refusal to complete identity verification.
  • Any action listed in the Prohibited Activities section.

Self-Closure by the User

9. Limitation of Liability
